It was announced that she will graduate from Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku along with Anno Natsu, and Suzuki Hirono. She will be leaving from the group on April 15 to pressure college education and wants to become an actress.
After her graduation, she starred in several plays such as Great Teacher Onizuka.

- Mizuki was Student #1 in Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku. She was the dance leader.
- One of the only 2 original members of Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku along with Rika Mayama.
- In Ebichu Shusseki Bangou No Uta So No Ichi, Mizuki's solo lines humorously explains that the reason Mizuki only goes by her first name is because she forgot her last name. ("Sorry Sensei! I forgot my last name.~")
- Once Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku started presenting the members with individual colors, Mizuki's member color was red.
